Senior IT Project Manager (SYMA Innovation)
Office: Shanghai
Minimum Experience: 5 years
Language Requirements: Fluent English and Mandarin (preferred)

Duties Include:
1. Managing multiple projects and internal/outsourced teams
2. Making sure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule and within scope
3. Preparing project plans and documentation
4. Reporting project status to clients, sales and project teams on a regular basis
5. Supporting sales team in preparing budgets and schedules for proposals
6. Coordinating on-site project management team

Position requirements:
1. BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or previous experience in Technology
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Project and Team Management (background in Technology, Marketing or Advertising preferred)
3. Knowledge of programming and databases
4. Preference to previous experience managing mixed technical and creative teams (engineers, designers, copywriters)
5. Proactive and dynamic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Able to work under pressure and keep productivity and team motivation while managing tight deadlines
7. Available to travel on business within mainland China and abroad
8. Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred (oral and written - English CET Level 7 or above)
9. Driver's License (China)
10. Shanghai citizenship preferred


Graphic Designer
Office: Shanghai
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Language Requirements: Fluent English and Mandarin

Position requirements:
1. BA or MA in Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related area preferred
2. Familiar with graphic design software - Freehand, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Fireworks, Flash
3. Familiar with Communications and Exhibition design (promotional material, posters, floorplans, etc)
4. Minimum 01 year experience in Graphic Design (or portfolio with creative and unique graphic design samples)
5. Availability for travelling on business within mainland China
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written - English CET Level 6 or above)
7. Shanghai citizenship preferred


3D Designer
Office: Shanghai
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Language Requirements: Fluent English and Mandarin

Position requirements:
1. BA or MA in Design, Fine Arts, or related area preferred
2. Familiar with AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and other standard design software
3. Minimum 01 year experience in exhibition design (or portfolio with creative and unique booth design samples)
4. Availability for travelling on business within mainland China
5. Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written - English CET Level 6 or above)
6. Shanghai citizenship preferred
